PEDMEDE, Panhellenic Association of Engineers Contractors of Public Works
PEDMEDE, established in 1935, represents the construction sector in Greece, covering all the range of companies dealing with the construction of public and private works.
PEDMEDE is the sole Greek Construction Association representing the country in a European level. It is a statutory member of FIEC (European Construction Industry Federation) and EIC (European International Contractors), as well as member of EDA (European Demolition Association).

The Association’s premises are located in Athens. In addition, it comprises of 15 regional departments, covering all Greek regions and a separate section of Construction Companies.

In the core of its scope, PEDMEDE aims to ensure and promote its members’ interests and welfare in a national and regional level. In this light, it is in close cooperation with public authorities, government representatives and key stakeholders, representing the construction sector, forming polices and initiatives. Among its key services provided is law consultancy and training along with ensuring active involvement on National and European projects related to its areas of interest.

EUROPEAN KNOWLEDGE SPOT

EKS, European Knowledge Spot is Civil Society organization committed in making information and knowledge accessible to all and creating positive impact on education, social inclusion and environmental protection to build an era of peace and sustainable development.

All activities designed and implemented by the organization are user-centered, having as cornerstone the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) adopted by the United Nations in the sense of building a better world for people and our planet and promoting prosperity while protecting the environment.

UNIVERSITAT DE GIRONA, FACULTY OF LAW

The Faculty of Law at the University of Girona has more than 30 years of experience in teaching legal and social sciences. INTERNATIONAL ISLAMIC UNIVERSITY MALAYSIA (IIUM)

International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) was built around the concept of the “Garden of Knowledge and Virtue” in 1983. It has since become one of the prominent universities, not only in Malaysia, but also internationally. Currently IIUM is hosting students from more than 100 countries and using English as one of its mediums of instruction. IIUM is upholding the SDGs and passionately working towards a sustainable campus based on its strategic Direction which envisions “Humanising Education Through the principles of Maqasid Shariah and Sustainable Development”. IIUM’s uniqueness lies in its philosophy and curricula, which combine rigorous academic programmes with Islamic social and moral values. The University’s modern campus is situated at the east of Kuala Lumpur, the capital city of Malaysia. The campus offers a complete range of facilities including on-campus housing, a mosque, two state-of-the-art sports complexes with Olympic-size swimming pools, medical clinic, convenience stores, a post office, three commercial banks, and a fully equipped library with more than two million printed and digital materials supported by online databases. One of the oldest faculties at IIUM is the Ahmad Ibrahim Kulliyyah of Laws (AIKOL), formed at the inception of the International Islamic University Malaysia in 1983. Among the programmes offered are Bachelor of Laws (LL.B)(Honours), Master of Comparative Laws (MCL), Master in International law (LLM) and Ph.D programmes. In 2000, the Kulliyyah was proclaimed as Ahmad Ibrahim Kulliyyah of Laws (AIKOL), in honour of the late Emeritus Professor Tan Sri Ahmad bin Mohamed Ibrahim, the founding father of the faculty. AIKOL is now one of the largest law schools in Malaysia with a unique curriculum, where Islamic Law is taught alongside conventional laws, thereby producing students who are able to read both laws from a comparative perspective.

UNIVERSITI UTARA MALAYSIA (UUM)

Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM), which was officially established on 16 February 1984, is the sixth Malaysian public university. It is the only university that was set up to specialise solely in management education from the very beginning of its establishment. The Sintok Campus was officially opened on 17 February 2004.
In January 2008, a restructuring of the university academic system was undertaken with the express purpose of preparing a strong structure that would enable the increase in the number of postgraduate students and the hoisting of the UUM flag in the international academic arena In this restructuring exercise, 13 faculties were merged and streamed into 3 main Academic Colleges, namely UUM COB (UUM College of Business), UUM CAS (UUM College of Arts and Sciences), and UUM COLGIS (UUM College of Law, Government and International Studies).

School of Law is one of the schools under the UUM COLGIS. The School of Law offers an undergraduate and post graduate law programme. The main objective of the programmes is to produce professionally well-trained, excellent and competent legal personnel who are committed in the legal profession in line with the national aspiration. Founded on the Eminent Management University’s theme, the programme is structured to include management courses making it special in its own way.

HANOI LAW UNIVERSITY (HLU), VIETNAM

Hanoi Law University (HLU), formerly Hanoi Legal Studies University, was established on 10 November 1979 in accordance with Decision 405/CP of the Council of Ministers, which merged the Faculty of Legal Studies, Hanoi University and the Vietnam Legal Studies College.

HLU continuously endeavours to maintain the reputation of the leading law school in Vietnam. The University is proud of its great achievements contributing to the national development. HUE UNIVERSITY (HU)

Hue City was the capital of Vietnam’s last imperial dynasty and has been recognized as a World Heritage Site because of its natural beauty, architecture and history. Since its establishment in 1957, Hue University (HU) has been recognized as a key academic and scientific research hub in central Vietnam and the region. By training competent people and providing qualified human resources to the processes of industrialization and modernization in Vietnam, HU has succeeded in building its position as a prestigious institution in Vietnamese higher education system.

MARWADI UNIVESITY (PRIVATE UNIVERSITY)
